I am going over your training videos getting ready to adopt my birds. I'm realizing that it is just like raising a child. I didn't realize that until I watched a few videos, then it was like a lightbulb coming on! Wow, I have raised 2 boys. I can do this! Thank you for the time you have spent teaching us to be better birdie parents!

I have a 6 month old Blue male Quaker parrot…..He still will not talk. I repeat the same 2 words all the time , but he just won't talk….one is Baby and another word is Kiss ……i say it all the time but nothing yet ….what do you recommend ?? I have had him for about 1 1/2 months now.
I really wanna help my bird be happy we rescued him cuz the owner didnt want him any longer because he would pluck out his feathers i have pais a trainer he came twice than ran off with my money so now im gonna intrust my love for him and try to train him and care for him the right ways please help

I've had my Indian Ringneck for four years now. He turns 6 on February 19th, and the only thing he can say is "Kiwi". That was what his previous owners named him, and I have never been able to really get him to say anything else. Sometimes it sounds like he is trying to say, "what ya doing", but it's hard to tell. He doesn't really even say Kiwi often unless he thinks no one is in the room. I assume maybe he isn't very vocal.
My parrot is like the little one and it’s yellow and green and she dosent even know to talk I will try this and I hope it works and also my bird is a bit scared even if I’m gentle with it
