His name is Clancy. He's my bird. He's about 23 plus years old. He has had a picking problem since I was 8 when we got him. He has separation issues. We try to help him by giving him a lot of attention. He's also blind.

He looks like he has a feather picking problem. Has he been under a lot of stress lately?
